Paul McLeod joined the firm in 2006 and became a partner in January 2011. Previously he was a managing partner in a regional firm with offices in Southern Oregon and Northern California. Paul’s addition to our firm has enabled us to expand our services in the Yuma East foothills area to a full-time, full-service tax, business consulting, and accounting office. His clients include individuals, small businesses, LLCs, partnerships, corporations, not-for-profit organizations, trusts, and estates. He provides tax, accounting, audit, business management consulting, forensic accounting for attorneys, and financial planning services. He has also been a QuickBooks Pro-Advisor.

Paul is fully committed to giving back to the community. He is a past president of the Lions Club, Treasurer of Helping Hands of Yuma, Chair and member of various governmental advisory committees and non-profit organizations, and is the Treasurer of Yuma Foothills Rotary.

Education: Paul earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration in 1987 from Eastern Washington University and has been active in the industry since. He has held licenses to practice in Oregon and California, and currently holds an Arizona CPA certificate.

Helen Greenwell joined the firm in 2015. Although she works with a wide variety of businesses, her specialties include medical practices and construction contractors. She spent several years in the medical community and understands the unique business needs of medical practitioners and their offices. As a Certified Financial Planner ® Helen is also qualified to offer the many aspects of financial planning to individuals and business owners.

Helen has served her community as a past president of the Rotary Club of Yuma Sunrise and the current treasurer of the Board of Trustees of Yuma Catholic High School where she has been a member since 2009.

Education: Helen attended UCLA where she began as a science major before moving to California State University, Fullerton to earn her major in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting. She returned to UCLA to complete coursework for the CFP® credential. She is licensed as a CPA in Arizona.

Quintan A. Williamson joined the firm November 3, 2014 and became licensed as a CPA August 24, 2017. He was born and raised in Yuma, graduating from Yuma High School “Home of the Criminals” in 2002. Quintan spent several years in government accounting prior to transitioning to public accounting. He prides himself in providing the most up-to-date accounting and tax knowledge for his clients. Quintan’s clients include individuals, partnerships, corporations, trusts, estates, small businesses, and not-for-profit organizations. He provides tax, accounting, financial statement, QuickBooks, and business valuation services. He is married with two daughters.

Education: Quintan earned two Bachelor of Science degrees in Business Management and Finance in 2010 from University of Phoenix. He earned an MBA with Emphasis in Accounting in 2012 from Grand Canyon University. Quintan is licensed as a CPA in Arizona.
